I created an mst file to install Office 2003. It is only
upgrading programs that are already installed.
For example a computer had Office 97 installed WITHOUT
Outlook or Power Point. So when setup was done I had
Word, Excel, Access, etc. upgraded to the 2003 version,
but I had to go back in and install Outlook & Power Point
2003.
On a new installation though, all programs are installed.
How can I change this behavior?
