multi access form

I have been asked to create a form that asks the users to fill out the
details and thats that....ONLY ITS NOT....they want it so the next time
they open the completed form they are able to add another answer to the
same question under the previous answer..
How is this done..so it knows there is already an answer there but it
needs to place another reply underneath....bearing in mind there is
several questions in a kind of table format.
