MULTI HANDHELDS AND ONLY ONE PC WITH OUTLOOK

My wife and I each have a handheld and we each keep our schedules in our own
palm. However, I want to bring in our calendar info into outlook so we can
see each others schedules on the PC but I want to keep the info on each palm
from updating the other palms' calendar through outlook during sync. Can
this be done?

Create two mail profiles, one for you and one for her. Your PDA will sync
with yours (because Outlook will ask which profile to use) and her PDA will
sync with hers. If you both have distinct PSTs, each can make it available
to the other and you can load it in your profile as another PST. Since it
won't be the delivery location, the sync won't update it, but it will be
there for viewing. Keep in mind, though, that all other Outlook data
(contacts, email, etc.) will also be viewable.
