Multi page email brochure

kurt mc

Hi all,

I am just getting into MS Publisher and have figured out how to create a
single page brochure and newsletter but do not know how to take multiple
separate Publisher brochures and merge them into one multiple page brochure
to email as an attachment. I would like my clients to be able to open say,
one PDF document and scroll through multiple pages. I am using Publisher 2003
and if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/
(if you only have a few files to convert...you can even
do it online)

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

This helps to convert the file to a PDF but I do not know how to convert
separate single page Publisher files into one single file to scroll through.

I "think" you can only merge PDFs with Acrobat 8 Pro.

You could make ONE publisher file out of several then print to one of the
free PDF creator programs.

Maybe .pdf is not what you are seeking after all.

PrimoPDF will concatenate PDF files as it creates them if you select the
same file as output more than once.

Yep - I like this feature too. When you name the target file, if you name it
the same as an existing file you can either append the new one to the old
one or overwrite the file.

i have acrobat 7 pro and i can "print" a publisher file (i often use it for
my newsletters) to .pdf, open it in acrobat, and then insert other .pdf
files into the original file to my hearts content.

it is like a miracle program that i use for any and all my applications to
convert whatever to .pdf.
