Multi-select list box to filter a report

I recently found a post for employee training that you answered. The post was from "Glenda" and I think it was February of this year. I really like the way you set up the tables. The only thing I can not figure out is the unmatched query. I am using Access 2010 and I am not getting the questions you describe to make that query. I don't know what I'm missing but, if you have an answer I would greatly appreciate it. I am trying to link several tables together, i.e., when I am entering a new employee and I click on the job title, I would like it to populate training required for that job title, department and so forth.
