Enterprise Resource Outline Codes 20-29 may be used as muilti-value fields.

You enable multi-value when you set up a Table in Enterprise Global. You
will see that for Enterprise Resource Outline Codes 20-29 you have a choice
of setting a Table to include them as Multi-value or not.

Any view that is driven by the Table will allow multi-value choices for
these codes.

Dear Reid McTaggard,
Thanks a lot for your reply.

I already found that Resource Outline Codes from 20-29 create multi-value
outline automatically.

After you set up a multi value code called "Languages" for example, you will
see that you can include a column with the name of "Languages" and next to
it you can select "Languages-MV". If you select "Languages" you will only
be able to pick one value from the dropdown. If you should pick
Languages-MV you will be able to check off multi values in the dropdown. It
will store it as values separated by periods. For example
"English.French.Spanish"

Unfortunately we can not update that Multi Value outline code from PWA, we
can update it from Project Professional only.

That is a drawback if you have resource managers who you want to update this
information via PWA with no access to Project Professional. I would be
interested to see if this feature is added in the next release of P12
