Multip worksheets in Excel 97

Hi,
Could anyone please let me know how to change the way
multiple Excel 97 worksheets are open. Right now, if I
open more than one Excel sheet, it opens in the same
window and I have to navigate through Window in menu to
toggle between sheets.

Is there a way that if more than one excel shhets are
opened, each one opens in a separate window. For example
if I open 10 worksheets, I get 10 windows in taskbar
rather than all 10 of them opening in one window.

You do know you can CTRL + Tab to move through the open windows
