We have a perplexing problem with MULTIPLE copies of an email, with a .jpg
attachment, being sent to the recipients. However, it does not happen all
the time.
We have MS Office 2003 SP1 installed on our two computers. One is a desktop
and the other is a laptop, in a docking station, that I take with on the
road. The computers are not networked.
Intermittently, if I insert a .jpg into an email on the road then send it,
the email will remain in the outbox until I get back home but multiple copies
will have been sent. While on the road my outgoing SMTP and my incoming POP3
are two different ISPs.
We have also had this happen, again intermittently, on the desktop at home.
The home ISPs for the sending and receiving are different but software is the
same.
