Multiple copies of Outlook open at once

I have a user who opens up Outlook 3 times. Once for her
in box, once for her contacts and once for her calendar.
She doesn't like switching between the three on a single
session of Outlook so she opens up Outlook 3 times. The
user is indicating that Outlook keeps shuting down on
her, is it possible that having that many sessions of
Outlook open is causing the problem? Maybe they are
conflicting with each other? Let me know.

They're not multiple sessions. It's one session, three windows. Outlook is designed to do that. You might need to look elsewhere for the solution to her shut down issue.
