multiple e-mails

Help,

I've got a list of twenty two clients who I want to send
the same e-mail to. But I don't want any of these clients
to know they are getting a bulk e-mail. And I don't want
them to see the others clients name.

How do I make it work without having to send them all
individually?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Paul Banfe

Put all of the email addresses for your clients in the Bcc
area. This way no one can see who the email was addressed
to.

If he doesn't want them to know they're getting a bulk message, though, this
method may not be the best -- it's usually pretty easy to tell when you've
been BCC'd, and from there each recipient could probably assume he or she
was not the only one. I'd recommend using a mail merge instead -- each
recipient will get a personally addressed message but the messages will all
contain the same text, and you only have to send it once.

See the following pages for help with this:
