Multiple Email Accounts Separate?

U

u2alone

I have a few different email accounts that I would like to have al
delivered to Outlook instead of constantly visiting different webmai
sites, but I worry about having them all mixed together like a bi
stew.

Are there any ways to section Outlook off or somehow to clearly mar
emails that are addressed to different email accounts?

And if not, is there another email program you know of that would b
better suited to that?

Thanks!

You can certainly set up a Folder for each email account and then in
Inbox set up a rule to move email received on each account to its
separate folder.

Click on the Tools menu item and choose Organize. This will allow you to
color code your messages by what account that they're sent to (that's what I
do).

Or, you could use rules to send incoming messages to whatever mail folders
that you would choose to send them to. Doing this would allow you to set up
mail folders for each account.

Of course, there are other mail clients that will allow you to have your
incoming mail sent into different folders automatically, as well. Right off
the top of my head, I know that The Bat! mail client does that. The Bat!
allows you to set up entire mail folder sections for each account.
