Multiple email addresses

You don't. You can switch between multiple PROFILES. Create a profile for
each mail account you want. In Outlook Properties Select, Show Profiles, and
then Select, Add and enter the data you want.
On the other hand you can have a single profile that checks multiple
internet mail accounts. In Outlook properties Select, Add and then Select,
Internet email and enter the desired data.

Do you mean you have multiple accounts and you want to choose which account
to send using? When you create a new message there's an Accounts drop down.
Just click it and choose any available account to use to send the mail.
