Multiple emails

I have sent an email including a few attachments to an individual and would like to send the same email including attachments to other people without the previous recipients names being shown. I would therefore not have to retype the email text and add the attachments every time.

To resend a previous message, go to your Sent Items folder and open the message you wish to resend. On the Actions menu, select Resend Message. Change the address to the new recipient.

You can send the one message to all the recipients you wish at the same time, without disclosing the other recipients, by using the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) address field.

If you don't see the BCC field under the CC field, select View BCC or click on the To: button and then add the users to the BCC field.
