Situation:
we set up training sessions for employees. we need to break them down into
smaller groups. in the past we have set up meting requests (sometimes
offering as many as eight sessions) for each session, inviting everyone.
People are instructed to respond only to the session they wish to attend.
Invariably, alot of people resond to more than one thereby "double-booking"
themselves. Also, alot of people are confused by having seven or eight
different email meeting requests and don't know what to do about it.
i'm trying to streamline and "idiot proof" the process. is there a way send
a meeting request for multiple times and days and have people resond within
that one request to which sessions they intend to attend?
