Try resetting the menu bar. Right click on the toolbar area and choose
customize.

I have the same problem, there are 19 "Page Setup" options in my file menu on
Outlook 2007. I've moved recently from one machine to another using the
migration tool from XP to Vista and still have them. I tried the solution
mentioned in this posting and it did not resolve the problem.

Anyone have a suggestion?

migrating from one machine to another is fraught with problems. Find and delete outcmd.dat. If that fails, you may need a new windows profile.

I've had surprisingly few problems, which i expected since I was changing OS
as well. I always do the worst to myself so that I can work on solutions for
users, but this problem has everyone I know stumped. What other configs are
in outcmd.dat?

Thanks for the help BTW

that is the toolbar config file.

While the migration tool works fine for some people, it can cause issues with addins and profiles in outlook. Fixing the mess may use up all the time you saved by migrating.

In MS Office Outlook 2007, I found how to remove the "page setup" lines from the File drop down but not sure how to stop it from happening yet:
in the top drop downs goto
View
Toolbars
Customize
Rearrange Commands
selet the "page setup" and hit the "Delete" button.
Do this as many times as needed.

Thanks!
