When I click to open on the Entourage logo to open Entourage, Entourage
opens about a dozen pages instead of only the opening page.
Why does this multiple page opening occur, and what can I do to open
Entourage only with one page.?
Try closing all windows but one. Quit Entourage and open. Does it still
open with all the windows? If yes, do this next test.
Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select Switch Identity.
Create a new test Identity
Now open and close Entourage
If the behavior goes away in the new test Identity, rebuild your
database. Some preferences are stored in the database and rebuilding
might fix it, but you might have to move into a new Identity to get rid
of the behavior.

Make a duplicate in the Finder first as additional backup. A rebuild
does make a duplicate, but sometimes in the process the original and
backup get merged resulting in total disaster. It's rare but it happens.
