Good evening,
I am trying to send out an intro letter to about 1,000 potential customers, but I don't want them to see the other peoples names is there a way to do it in Office 2002?

You can either use the BCC field for all the recipient names and put your
own e-mail address in the To field, or you can use a mail merge with Word
(if it's Word 2002) to send individual copies of the message to each
recipient.
