multiple rates per person possible?

We developed a plug-in with this capability. It allows you
to have a cost rate (fixed on each resource) and a billing
rate (can vary on each project for any resource). It also
allows you to time-phase the results so you can see time-
phased billing and gross margin. Send me an email if you

I have recently been asked to come up with a cost rate & sales rate column
solution in MSP as per the discussion.
I thought the solution was going to be straight forward!
Would you be kind enough to send your 'plug-in'. Do I need install,
