Multiple selections in a Drop Box

Hi,

Is it possible to highlight multiple selections from a
drop box?

i.e., I have a drop box for a column that has the numbers
1-5. I want to be able to select one number or have the
option to select all five. So one cell may read '1' while
another reads '1,3,4' while another may read '1,2,3,4,5'

By drop box, do you mean combo box or list box (if so, from Forms toolbar or
Control Toolbox?)? Data Validation drop-down?

The only one of those that supports multiple selection is the combo box or
list box from the Control Toolbox. YOu have to write a macro to handle the
multiple selections.
