Multiple Users

I have created a Access DB which is being used by a group
of 4 on a network.
For some reason, when one of the team is in, another
member of the team is unable to make changes to data
within the db. None of the team are Admins, no one was
making changes to tables / forms etc.... and I have not
set up any permissions (I dont know how to).
Any idea why this problem is occuring?
