mutlipe Outlook for one email address

Hi,

I need some input from the pros. I have an office of 6 computers, we do
support for an online company via email. How would I go about having all
mail sent to one email address evenly distributed to all 6 Outlooks with out
having duplicates.

Do you have a mailserver like Exchange at your office? If so you could
create a general mailbox and use that address for contact with your
personel. Configure the extra mailbox to their profiles so it shows up in
their Folder List.
