My contact us form doesn't email results/emails only time & date

Allen

Hello,
I created a form with the FP2003 form wizard, when the form is filled out
and then submitted, the form emails a blank email. I chose
_private/feedback.txt for my results and everything is correct but I think
something in the code is messed up.

The only thing in the email is the time & date.

Thanks for the help.

That page has several opening <form tags - only one is required, the
rest must be deleted.
There are also multiple </form> tags - again only the last is
required, delete the others. Nesting forms is not allowed in an HTML
page.

Change the format for your email to one of the text options -
FPextensions are not designed to cater for HTML emails, especially for
long forms.

You have two forms nested, switch to HTML/Code View and delete the inner set of form tags.

Hi Allen,

You might be able to avoid this in the future. In versions 2000-2003, go to
Tools >> Page Options and uncheck "Automatically enclose form fields withing
a form".

Then be sure to always start a form with Insert >> Form >> Form. Be sure to
add all fields inside the form surround (the dashed or dotted line).
