My Design Gallery button on the object bar sends me to my documen.

Hello, I recently installed Publisher 2002. I am trying to connect to the
Microsoft Design Gallery Online, but I am always sent to "My Documents"
instead. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I still have the
same problem. Can anyone help?
