my emails address have caegories how do i email a category

If your ISP allows you to mail only 50 people at a time and your category
has 600 people, then your best bet is to use a mail merge. Click Help and
look for "mail merge". The process starts by selecting the all the contacts
in the category, then clicking Tools>Mail Merge.
