First, provide us a small amount of detail such as what version of Outlook
you're using, what kind of email service (POP3/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange Server,
etc.) you're using it with, any error messages you might be getting, and so
on. What you've provided so far is the equivalent of "My car doesn't run,
why?".
