My graphics have shifted locations

I have created a ppt presentation using PowerPoint 2000. When I run the
presentation on my WinXP box using PowerPoint XP any inserted graphics have
shifted to a different location (just a bit higher but in front of existing
text).

Anyone experienced this before and know what the fix is?
