Last week, my mail box started going crazy. It appeared that I was getting
hundreds of e-mails a minute. Looking at my in box, I saw that messages were
being duplicated. Now every time I check my mail, a few messages get
duplicated each time. Sometimes the same message (one that has already been
duplicated) is cloned. Other times, it's the next message. These clones seem
to be occuring sequentially. They seem to effect the earliest messages first
and are moving forward each time I check my mail. I checked with my server
and the administrator of my account and it's not happening at that level.
It's definately an internal problem. Is this some sort of virus? What can I
do to stop it and save my old e-mails??
