my outlook 2007 toolbar is messed up

i never did anything. It has been like this since i have installed it. I
get the Standard toolbar set 15 times. I can right click the tool bar and
remove them but they always come back.

that is a screen shot showing u my problem. Anybody have an idea how to fix
this?

Close Outlook. Search for and rename the outcmd.dat file. This file may be
hidden so include hidden files & folders in your search.
