My outlook just stopped sync'ing with my Blackberry.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and was always able to sync with my Blackberry unit
until a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure if there was an update that
changed my configuration? A Buddy asked me about my certificates??? I'm not
a computer guy so this all sounds greek to me.
