My Outlook will not send/receive. I have a new ISP. Could this .

I get a send/receive error when I open Outlook. I am using hotmail. This
started around the time I got a new ISP. I am "unable to connect to the
server". Can anyone help?

For starters check with your new isp and get the proper settings.
It would help to remove the previous account settings as well
