my own font/sign - add in word/office

First you would need to design your own font and install it in the
operating system(WAY beyond the scope of this newsgroup). Then in
Outlook help, look up Signature for the instructions for inserting
signatures.

what is WAY? and where is the scope beyond?

Assuming you aren't just being smarmy - What he means is that you would have
to create your own font. Office does not have that capability. You would
have to search for a program that did allow you to do that. And if you had
questions about it, you would have to find another source of information.

If you are being smarmy - That's not nice.
