My page numbers in a Word document are randomly resetting (ex:
67,68,45,46,47,12,13). I have tried remvoing and re-adding page numbers,
and even cutting and pasting the data into a new document. The strange
patters continue to follow this set of data even to new documents.

What is wrong and how do I fix it?

G'day Kimberly Truitt <Kimberly (e-mail address removed)>,

I am guessing it is document corruption. If you have Word 2003+, use
save as XML, quit Word, reload the xml version and save as doc again.
Word 2000+ use HTML.

When you paste into a new document, do not include the last para mark
in each section. This technique is called a Maggie and is also helpful
in removing corruption.
