Microsoft Project is a robust scheduling application used ny program/project
managers to keep tract of items on a schedule. It is used to determine when
a project will finish given the relationships among tasks. For exampe, you
cannot paint the walls of a house until after the electrical and plumbing is
installed and the wall board is mounted.

You can also track project costs and compare them to your original bid for a
job.
