My Read Mail is Disappearing

As soon as I read an email in Outlook 2000, it removes
itself from the Inbox. Where are they going? I've
changed no settings.

Check your view settings to ensure that you are not showing "unread
messages" - you may want to enable the Advanced toolbar.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bob asked:

Hey, thanks! Everything's back now. I don't remember
ever changing that, but who knows...
