my save as function will not work

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.

Same with me, if I save ordinarily everything is ok, but if I SAVE AS, my
office application nahgs, crashes and fires off a problem message to
Microsoft.

Garfield sugested the same soution to my earlier query on this but it has no
effect.
