My Webs to New Computer

How can I transfer My Webs to a new computer? Thank you.

If they are published to a server with FrontPage extensions, simply open the
remote web in FrontPage using the http://yourweb.com address and then select
File > Publish and publish it back to your new computer.
It usually helps if you create an empty folder on your machine to publish to
before you start the process.
