Mysterious exploding diagram

I have a Visio diagram in a Word document. When I view the page on screen or
in print preview, it looks normal. However, when I print it, it's as if the
diagram has been exploded 10000%. I see just the upper left hand corner of
the diagram, maybe 1% of the entire thing. Any insight into what's
happening? If I paste the diagram into a new document, the same thing
happens. I'm using Word 2000 SP-3 on a W2K system.

I've seen this happen before with Visio graphics inserted into Word. The only
way around it last time was to save the graphic from Visio in a different
format and then do Edit > Paste Special > Picture into Word. Then the graphic
resized OK and printed fine.

Hi Genine,

I have had this happen also. I found the best way, for me, to insert a
Vision diagram into WORD was to save the vision diagram as a .PNG type.
Then I inserted it into WORD. Haven't had any problems after that.
