Name / email address settings

Is it possible to change the Name / E-mail address settings?

Or are the settings that you chose at the beginning unchangeable?

(For example, I want to change the name, "Raj Nagarkatti" to "Neeraj
Nagarkatti)

Change them where?
For most purposes you would use Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or Change
existing e-mail accounts... > Change...
