Names do not appear

When viewing address cards, the name fields are not visible. This is also
true when trying to attach a vcard to an email. I can only tell what card I
have by the Company name field.

What do you see when you choose the "Detail Address Cards" view? What
version of Outlook? Exchange mailbox or PST?

In "Detailed Address Cards" view the full name appears in the name fields,
but the gray bar that used to have the name is blank. I am using version 2000
and PST.
