navigation bar error

New to all this, I was playing around with putting a
navigation bar on one of my pages. Not only did it not
work (not a bit problem...), but it changed the background
colour to all the web pages in that file to a grey stripey
colour. Even bigger problem, when I try and open a NEW
page, it automatically puts the same background colour.
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="boldstri 011,
default"> How can I get rid of it? Any help appricitated.

Format Theme and select None (no theme) for all pages
