Need a letter for refund of monies charged but no service supplied

I am being charged for violin lessons for my son but he is not receiving the
lessons. We cancelled immediately when we discovered that he was more
talented than the instructor provided.
The bank refunds the charges until the next month when the music studio
charges us again. They are not responding to phone calls.
