Cynthia,

In order to do this first you must paste the printscreen image into an image
editor. If you are not familiar with one already then you can use MSpaint by
doing this:

1. Pull up the webpage you want and hit the print screen key
2. Open the start menu and press "Run" and then type "mspaint" into the open
command line.
3. With MS Paint open, now hit Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot. Voila, it's
there.
4. Now save the image into the folder of your chocie and under "Save as
type" choose jpg.
5. Now open up Outlook and either attach the image to the email or insert
the image in the body.

If you have any difficulty with these steps just let me know.

this should work- what version of outlook? Is your mail format Rich Text or
HTML? If it says Plain Text at the top of the message window, it will not
work.

If the message you're composing is HTML or Rich Text, then ctrl-v should
work. I'd advise Alt-PrintScrn, however, as that will copy only the active
window and not your entire screen.

Thanks for your help on my desktop computer. I couldn't do copy and paste
the image of my webpage. I changed the mail format and I was able to past
the image.

However on my laptop I was not able to do this. I changed the mail format
and I can't use copy and paste the webpage into my outlook email.
