need help finding outlook files now that I have loaded XP

This is a long story but I'll try to be concise.....I had
a problem with Windows 2000 and could not logon ...so
after alot of phone calls I decided to go ahead and load
XP on (which I already had) but I was afraid I would lose
my files that I used with Windows 2000 so I loaded XP in
a different directory. Therefore I now have two
operating systems on my computer.

Since then, I have managed to reload all my software so
that it points to XP and most things are up and running.
However, I use Outlook 2000 for my contacts, email, etc.
I have managed to get any emails in the inbox to show up
but that's all. I have a ton of contacts, old emails,
etc on my desktop somewhere that I would like to preserve
and point towards XP. I just don't know how to find them
and retrieve them.

Does anybody know how to do this?

Thanks!!! Kerrie

do a search on *.pst. That will lead you to the location
if th outlook file that stores it all.

Additionally, you will need to enable searching hidden and system files as
Windows 2000 and XP hide the .pst file.
