Need help setting SMTPHost parameter

I am new to Frontpage and I am having trouble saving the
results of my feedback form to my email id.

How do I find the name or IP address of the host running
an SMTP server.

I am currently checking my Web Site locally. The server I
am using is PWS.

Please help!!!
