Need Help with Outlook Problem

P

Phillip

We have a group of users that just came in to our facility and they
would like to utilize our Exchange server (ie, sharing the calender).
For 3 of them this should be fine since we will provide their
machines. However, one user, the project manager, has her own laptop
that also has a vpn client so she can check her outlook back at the
main office. Anyone know of a way to allow her to hop onto our
Exchange server without it interfering with her setup back to the main
office? Would creating her another Outlook profile work?

TIA
Phillip

A second mail profile should work.
