need help with .plt files in MS Word

I know there is a converter or graphics converter to insert .plt files into
MS Word, but I cannot find it to download it. Help

What program created that file? I know that AutoCAD makes .plt files but
there are others.

These files are created from the hpgl files from an HP or Agilent Network
Analyzer. I need to put them into a Word document.
