Need help with Request for Quote

I am quoting on a big project for a client.

I need a cost associated with each subtask and the main task to show the
total $. (Cost = Rate per hr X Task duration)

I would prefer to be able to change the rate per hour and have all the $$$$
change automatically.

Is this possible in Project 2007? Any ideas on this?

That is 100% standard Project behaviour!
Set (or change) rates per hour in Resource Sheet
View, Table..., select Cost
