Need pages with snowflake watermark or border

My version of MicroSoft Publisher does not have a winter masthead. I did
find one, but now am looking for a suitable page border for the rest of the
pages. The snowflakes offered in by Publisher are black-and-white, and the
masthead is a pale aqua. I'd like to stay with the aqua, if there is an aqua
border with white snowflakes anywhere, or a white page with aqua snowflake
watermark.

You can recolor any clipart you find. Load the image onto your page, right
click ont the clipart and it should come up with a format page that says
"recolor". It's pretty easy after that. You can even change the intensity of
the color you pick. Once it's in place right click on the art and return to
the edit page. Right click onthe main color, click on fill options and check
the fill effects at the bottom and check the tint! (blue gray is nice for
snow) If you a really soft color, try the washout command on the recolor page.
