Need pubole98.dll

I have Office 2000 installed on my computer. I received a
publisher 98 file, and when I try and open it I get the
error message that I need PUBOLE98.DLL file. How do I get
this file? The file I am trying to open is mspub.exe. Any
ideas on how I can get this file open?

If you have Publisher 2000, you shouldn't be getting this error. Otherwise use the
