How can I display an available balance on a single-worksheet, itemized
packing list, based on an open accounts for several customers?
Eg:
The packing list: The first two rows use the Customer table, via
VLOOKUP. The third row shown uses VLOOKUP (except "qty" & "ext price")
from the Product table.
Customer id,
Customer name, address, etc.
qty item u/p ext price
subtotal
tax
shipping, etc.
grand total
==========
available account balance
How can I calculate showing this current balance per customer, based
on: a customer's account limit, previous balance, and the grand total
cost? I want to avoid too much manual input and learning a new
database software. I use Excel 2002, Windows XP Home. TIA.
